eConsult hours of operation to change

As a practice we are always looking to improve the level of service we provide to our registered patients. We have found that as a result of the high usage of the eConsult service when the practice is closed we are unable to continue to maintain the quality of service we would like to provide. We are also concerned that patients using the eConsult system on a Friday may have to wait until the following Monday at the earliest before getting a response, when in fact they may need more urgent contact.

In a bid to ensure our patients receive the best possible service with immediate effect the practice will trial a period where eConsult can only be accessed by our patients between 0630 and 1830 Monday to Friday and when the practice is open. We will continue to review this service and update you accordingly.
