Is there a way to prevent or reverse it?

Pre-diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes are conditions or lifestyle. This means by starting and maintaining healthy behaviours you can protect yourself from it. By eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, having a good level of daily activity and by managing stress, you can help to prevent yourself from preventing pre-diabetes or diabetes.
