Take part in Stoptober with Cranbrook Medical Centre

This month we’re asking all patients who currently smoke to consider taking part in this year’s Stoptober campaign. Stoptober is an annual Public Health England that helps smokers quit.

Stoptober encourages smokers to not smoke at all throughout the month of October. This is because research suggests that a smoker who manages to not smoke for 28 days is more likely to quit for good. So those who manage to not smoke throughout Stoptober have a great chance of quitting completely.

If you would like to take part in Stoptober you can get more information on the Better Health website. If you would like to take part but feel like you will need some help, call reception today to make an appointment.
