IMPROVING PATIENT CARE AT CRANBROOK MEDICAL PRACTICE

As part of Catherine’s Advanced Nurse Practitioner training at master’s level (MSc), she is undertaking a population improvement project focused on patients with Coeliac Disease and Dermatitis Herpetiformis.
Currently, primary care provision for these conditions varies across the UK, and our goal is to improve the health and well-being of this patient population.
In the coming weeks and months, registered patients affected by Coeliac Disease and Dermatitis Herpetiformis will receive an invitation to attend an annual review. These reviews aim to ensure optimal management, provide necessary support, and enhance overall patient care. We hope that uptake of this will be positive and that patients will benefit from improved support and guidance.
